Gennet Lab, the company that has real Estonian leadership in the field of IT healthcare, is going to enter a collaborative course with India’s Sterlite Technologies Limited, which has been formalized by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). According to the Estonian Embassy, these digital innovations are going to bring changes in the management of health care in the country.
The combination of the digital infrastructure skill set of STL and state-of-the-art health care technologies at Gennet Lab will equip a hospital with timely access to data, efficient workflows, and better patient care. The partnership is poised to augment international cooperation in emerging technology fields: E-Health Care, E-Courts, artificial intelligence, AR/VR, data science, and cyber security.
Gennet Lab’s Chief Executive Officer, Egon Veermäe, said this partnership was necessary and marks a major step forward for our global efforts in technology-driven industries, primarily in revolutionary healthcare and security infrastructure.”
STL chief executive Praveen Cherian said the company designed a decentralized health management system and he further added that “We intend to develop a fully functional health management system incorporating severe monitoring and estimation for the enhancement of the healthcare delivery system. This would align with the trends of going global in healthcare management, which has been in the trajectory of decentralization and efficiency.
Estonia’s Marje Luup further elaborated on the collaboration, saying, “We are actively working with both the Central and State Governments of India to support their digitalization efforts across multiple sectors, including healthcare, cyber security, and critical infrastructure protection. Estonia’s economic growth is closely linked to our leadership in digital transformation.”
It is one of the most important steps in advancing digital healthcare solutions through this partnership between Gennet Lab and STL, whose companies share a common interest in innovation and enhancing health systems around the world.
